Psalm 106:39-41
New English Translation

39 They were defiled by their deeds,
and unfaithful in their actions.[a]
40 So the Lord was angry with his people[b]
and despised the people who belonged to him.[c]
41 He handed them over to[d] the nations,
and those who hated them ruled over them.
